Pros
Definitely some of the brightest people I've worked with. The executive VP's are all brilliant. Very easy to respect the people you worked with.
Cons
Depending on where you work, it's easy to get lost in the shuffle. As you would expect with a publicly traded company, profits come first and people come second. A large number of their customers seems to dislike them due to sales, contracts and audit policies.
