I am the new head of HR at MicroStrategy and one of the areas where we can do better is in how we support the first year and ongoing career progression of our new hires, particularly those out of college. Our team has begun to develop some great building blocks through our intern and rotational development programs. There is more to come and I would encourage you to keep providing your thoughts and ideas to us.
