      Great technical resources and strong individual capabilities

      Cons

      Senior leadership is lost. No understanding of what is means to provide services to our customers. Then the inexperienced smart people leading Services get flipped around almost daily by the desires of the CEO

      Good pay and benefit. Great support for immigration and legal. Great work life balance. Supportive and talented co-workers
