Pros

- Good exposure to different projects - Good organisation for a fresher

Cons

MicroSave is not able to able to manage team structure. They tend to have a lot of people in middle management. When entry-level employees are eligible for promotion, they tend to push people out (especially women who are married or are of childbearing age).

Pros

-Interesting projects that expose staff to the on the ground realities of development work - Accessible management that is always eager to hear your thoughts A collegiallw orkforce that is open to different experiences and cultural diversity - Mission-driven - Work is impactful and helps facilitate inclusion for low and middle-income populations MSC is a growing organization branching out into many facets of development, not just financial inclusion. The team is lean and hungry to succeed and is led by an extremely strategic thinking MD . The work is interesting and impactful and exposes you to stakeholders in government, policy and advocacy, finance, and most importantly, the beneficiaries that we serve. MSC is unique in its approach in that it possesses global knowledge applied at the local level. The organization truly believes in its mission and is driven by the needs and perceptions of the populations it serves. I believe that the company will continue to grow and expand, and in doing so, will continue its innovative work i

Cons

- With staff scattered across Africa and Asia, it is sometimes challenging to coordinate - Early mornings for employees not based in Asia or Africa
