      Pros

      The pay is excellent, and the hours are flexible. They understand being a student and are willing to accommodate that.

      Cons

      If you need to take time off you cant just call in. You have to work the hours you will be "missing" ahead of time. Overall not bad,

      Pros

      Great hands on experience along with an innovative team and mindset. Wonderful management and provides everyone, regardless of seniority, with a voice and opportunity to grow.

      Cons

      Small company with a bit of growing pains but still promising and sometimes lacks organization but still a very solid company with a great chance to grow.
