We have an awesome culture with a very collaborative environment. Leadership is engaged with all parts of the business and follows through with what they say they are going to do...including our company President who I highly respect. We also have a fun environment and offer cornhole, darts and ping pong tournaments throughout the year. There is an onsite cafeteria with great food! We are involved in the community and the employees get a chance to volunteer throughout the year. Compensation and benefits are above average for the area in my opinion.
