Growth potential if you apply yourself and show you want to learn Flexible schedule SD Manager really laid back and a joy to work with Lots of things to learn and grow. But you must apply yourself and ask for the opportunities. Change of management on service desk made things better than before with other reviews.
Cons
Unreliable employees showing up everyday Big turnover on service desk which is pretty normal at MSP companies. People always looking for greener grass, sometimes you just have to take advantage of the opportunities given to you.
