Pros

Everyone here is talented and passionate about what we do. It shows in the work, in the work environment and in the interactions from day to day. It may sound like a cliche but it feels like a family. People care about each other and management does not ask anything that they are not themselves willing to do. If people stay late for a submission or to meet a deadline, the rest of the team provides support, whether it’s jumping in to help (even if it’s not their “job”), bringing in dinner, or anything else the team needs. The work is demanding but your talent is respected, nurtured and appreciated. Everyone from the CEO to HR and other leadership is invested in your growth and and helping you succeed.

Cons

Agency life is not for everyone and neither is working in pharma marketing. The pace is fast and deadlines are intense. Pharma rules can be frustrating. That is something anyone considering a position here should be aware of. I like the challenges of coming up with creative solutions within those constraints but recognize that it’s not for everyone.

Pros

I can't think of a single one.

Cons

Creative leadership is by far the most egotistical I have ever seen. Their creative director is awful, comes across as a nice person but she has been everything but. The HR is toxic as well. I have literally had her tell me that the company doesn't have to respect my time because they are paying me. Having the misfortune of working here has traumatized me to the extent that it still affects my professional life til this very day. Having extensive proof of their mistreatment and manipulation, I was advised to pursue legal action, but decided not to. That's how much I want to forget I've ever worked here. Save yourself the trauma and take your talent elsewhere. The pay isn't worth it, the work isn't worth it and the people aren't worth it. There are plenty of better agencies out there.
