Pros
You get to interact with people from different continents, giving you a global exposure.
Cons
1. Quite poor software engineering culture. Technology and business leads have no idea how to handle software development team, how requirement gathering and grooming works, and what falls under development's domain. 2. Unrealistic deadlines, as a consequence of lack of understanding of software engineering practices. 3. The Pakistan office in particular has so many logistical issues, even deprived of some basic human necessities like air conditioning in summers, clean usable toilets e.t.c. 4. Most of the top management is busy blowing their own trumpets, instead of leading the business and their employees, improving the processes and taking reasonable actions to eradicate the roadblocks that disrupt everyday. 5. The middle management has a strong boot licking culture, and can only be classified as "yes men".
