      Growing business. Learning opportunities. Steady hours/work flow.

      Micromanaged. Too many meetings. On-boarding is a mess. Higher-ups have a poor attitude towards colleagues/clients/customers. Internal software is dated and no online databases are established (excessive use of paper). Work environment is a mess. Unclear career growth.
