Pros
The hourly and mid-management staff are great to work with. Caring, devoted people who truly care about their products.
Cons
New Interim President gave us all the impression he wanted to hear from the employees. Unfortunately he does not walk the talk. Senior management is in total disarray and floundering to find themselves. Their relationship with one another is horrible. Total distrust with one another. Senior management continues to make irrational decisions failing to listen to their staff. Employees continue to be treated as assets no longer people.
