      Pros

      working at micro1 has been the best work experience I have had to date. Not only am I surrounded by some of the smartest people I know, I am supported and encouraged to help the company grow as if it were my own. We are all so driven and passionate about micro1 and work together to achieve our goals. It truly feels like we are a family and a part of a greater cause. This company has given me the freedom to expand my skillset in all areas of business and allowed me to grow not only in my career but as a person.

      We are extremely fast-paced and work around the clock! Our team is global, while this may not be ideal for some, we are always working to get to the next step.

      Total con job. Uses your financial background to extract value to their clients. I get it - I'm not ignorant - however the entire selection process was about financial modeling, markets, etc. and then EVERY step after was a protracted process about "fix this rubric" "fix this word" never mentioned in job description or selection process. ~40 hours, $0 because i gave up. And the best part!?!? They'd send you contradictory, overlapping and overly descriptive yet simultaneously imprecise requests for what they want, from multiple people. They'd literally send me a 5 minute video per person, where it's clearly more efficient if they fixed it themselves, and we could each specialize in our individual AOI and provide value.
