Some of the guys at the machine shop are the best I have ever worked with. Lots of experience, great attitude and team dynamics.

Very boring projects. Mostly 2d air conditioner parts. Lots of manual touch ups. This company has some of the best CNC machines around but is clearly under utilizing their abilities. WORK ENVIRONMENT IS DANGEROUS! AIR QUALITY IS POOR TO ABYSMAL. Downright hazardous actually! No ventilation in the shop! Some times is gets so smoky you can barely see to the other end of the building. Leaves me wheezing after every night. Very poor maintenance of their machines. Some machines have coolant that is growing green slime in it from not being changed in a decade. Other machines use synthetic coolant mixed so strongly it burns the skin, eyes and lungs. Lack of ventilation only exacerbates this problem.
