There was a general feeling of community at this job. The staff was very kind and my contemporaries were really enjoyable to work with.

The management was sometimes challenging to work with and to get a hold of when you had an urgent matter and they kept loading me up with more and more work without a commensurate pay raise.

Comparable Pay and benefits, good and new equipment when hired, laptop, phone, etc. Flexible working environment.

No Strong leadership, the legacy sales is not very knowledgeable and has preferential treatment compared to new sales, No orientation to the company.
