      Pros

      Enjoyable coworkers, reasonable hours even during the holidays, flexible scheduling, biggest pro of working at Micro Center is the discount and the occasional opportunity to allow friends and family to take advantage of it as well.

      Cons

      Medical issues are not excused, standing only, dress attire required as uniform

      -if you can hustle you can make decent money -room for growth if you can get cool with everyone

      -have to meet the metrics -some of the areas to grow have favoritism

      Pros

      The employee discount is okay on non-electronic items.

      Cons

      Extremely pushy on how to fully screw the customer by forcing PROTECTION PLANS. Disgusting management. No respect for employees. Slightly racist. If you don't attach a plan, something is seriously wrong with you.
