Pros

Nice co workers to work with Had fun with some of the managers.

Cons

Some managers were not helpful some knew nothing about the store in the tech world so when asking questions where something was they didnt even know what the item was. Very underpaid even when doing truck. We would work from 7 to 10 and only be paid $4 a hour for that time unloading the truck and the remanding time on shift we would try and make up with customers but couldnt always do it and rarely had a good paycheck in general sales

Thank you for your feedback on what you enjoyed about your work and also where we have some opportunities to improve both our associate and our customers’ experience. I’d like to talk to you about your experience with the management team. If you’d like to call our main HR line and ask for me by name we can discuss your experience further as well as how our compensation plan works. Our goal is for our associates to earn well above minimum wage in all departments and this very attainable with how our commission works. Feel free to reach out to discuss. Thanks Jennifer Corporate Recruiting Manager 614-850-3150

Pros

Customer obsessed culture with a strong emphasis on expertise and service. Leadership is highly engaged, with consistent focus on coaching, accountability, and development through structured one-on-ones and daily execution rhythms. Clear expectations across sales, service, and operations create alignment on what success looks like. The organization provides exposure across multiple business functions, allowing leaders to build well rounded operational and commercial skill sets. High performance environment that rewards ownership, initiative, and results.

Cons

As a smaller, specialized retailer, organizational growth and upward mobility may take longer compared to larger big-box companies. Resources and infrastructure are still evolving in certain areas, which can require leaders to be more hands-on. High expectations and pace can create pressure during peak periods, requiring strong prioritization and resilience. Some systems and processes have a learning curve, particularly for leaders coming from larger, more standardized organizations.
