      This company is the leading producer of bacterial products that clean up organic pollutants and improve oil and gas production and pipeline transport. Microbac has a custom-built facility with extensive laboratory testing instrumentation, and production line built with every consideration for quality assurance and quality control in mind.

      Microbac's employees are smart, creative and knowledgeable; you need to be ready for the challenge.

      Pros

      Do *nothing*, all day, every day. Free food in the lunchroom, lots of vacation time, and very easy-going about leaving for appointments/family matters.

      Cons

      No place to advance to, no useful experience to gain, and the boss treats Hispanic employees like illegals working day-labor... even if they're chemists. Sucking up to the right people is rewarded more than hard work and actual competency, and we get lied to often. About everything. Also, employees who have been here over ten years report never getting a single raise.
