      Work life balance. Pay. Flexibility and positive environment

      Honestly, I cannot give a Con as I haven’t found one yet. So many people retire from here after 30-40 years that if there were cons you’d find them to be minute. Why else would so many people work here for so many years?

      Pros

      Working here is great, the supervisors are easy to work with. Schedules are flexible. The Human Resource generalist is extremely helpful. There is room to move up within the company.

      Pay is on the low side.

      The people here are great. Except for high level management.

      When the company was taken over by a global German company 5 years ago and they picked all the good work for themselves and drove this company into the ground.
