We have several annual events for employees. We have an annual paintball outing, employee appreciation day, holiday party, and an earth day event.

The business is seasonal. We install all year, but slow down in the middle of winter. It is great for someone who wants to go on winter vacations.

Having been in the workforce for over 3 decades, this is by far the best company I have ever worked for. MSS values and goals align with my own. It offers great leadership and a very positive environment. MSS embraces what is important to the employees and makes changes based on their feedback.

There are not any downsides.
