Compensation is competitive but raises are typically very low. New hires are stuck on back shifts for years before they get an opportunity to move to day shift.
The skilled trades in this shop are too few like anywhere else. We're given almost everything we need to get a job done. They've stepped up the safety and training a lot with miles yet to go.

Your weekend schedule will be available Thursday afternoon. The company can change your shift or put on mandatory 7 x 12's if they planned wrong or to catchup from a major breakdown.
