Pros
The employees were mostly ok, and there is a laid back culture, but that's about it. Free popcorn, and Pot Lucks were fun, but that's not why I go to work.
Cons
Pay was mediocre, benefits were pathetic. Upper management was clueless as to how to operate a company, which is why it all came crashing down. 2 Weeks before laying off roughly 25% of the Company, Mark Walker, CEO, promised no layoffs were coming. This is one of those companies that likes to trumpet "Integrity & Family" as core values, but that's simply window dressing. I was part of the Management team, and they are nothing but a bunch of gossipy, back stabbing, incompetent fools. The crash of the company was indicative of their poor management.
