Pros

Supportive and compassionate team that genuinely cares about children with autism and their families. The work is meaningful and rewarding, and you can see real progress in the kids you work with. Great training and supervision, with leadership that values ethical, high-quality ABA. Positive work environment where BTs feel supported, appreciated, and encouraged to grow. Strong sense of purpose and community.

Cons

As with many growing ABA centers, things can feel fast-paced at times and require flexibility. Scheduling and day-to-day logistics can occasionally change, which may take some adjustment.

Pros

The kids are great, most of the BCBAs are nice while some are unprofessional like Admin

Cons

There is no AC, only small units in some rooms that require you to be directly infront or else they don’t work. The place is over 85 degrees at all times and their solution is to send the children outside in 90+ degree heat. The front where parents are allowed was the only area that had AC but now that doesn’t work. Owner is a compulsive liar and is disrespectful to you when you start noticing the lies and not fall for them. Scams Insurance and runs school programs during sessions but tells technicians to label it “non preferred activity” so insurance does not get flagged. Allows an employee who sleeps on the job while responsible for kids to continue working with kids. Admin is rarely on the floor, let alone the center, yet make decisions for kids as if they are with them everyday and hinder progress. Admin becomes disrespectful the moment you question or ask for clarification on something they do not want to be questioned on. The building is falling apart. When it rains outside, it’s pouring inside the entire building. No raises, no appreciation for staying HR cannot be trusted because emails are not confidential nor do they assist to help you, only will help if it benefits someone in Admin or the company. Monthly “tech meetings” but they don’t allow you to talk or act questions during it yet never respond to emails if they simply do not want to or is slightly confrontational or questions their authority (even if it’s the smallest thing, egos are hurt)
