Terrible management, its a cult and make you recite their mission statement every morning, don't care about employees, micromanage, want you to produce more but give you less recourses, very low income membership, will fire you for nothing, if you clock in early and get overtime they will manipulate your time clock so they don't have to pay you overtime, employees commit fraud and mangers don't care as long as managers get their goals, care about the wrong things, and lastly is favoritism.
