They are struggling with being fully staffed but who isn’t

Great members to offer services and hospitality to and many great coworkers that share work ethic amd conversation to hepp shifts seem less monotonous.

Staff undermotivated due to low pay and large work loads. Pressured to work many extra shifts each week behind the scenes while management synonymously promoting work/life balance outwardly. Staff walk on eggshells. They feel watched and worried that at any point they will be pulled into an HR meeting or management corrective meeting without understanding why. Let your staff work and enjoy being there. Massive firing, layoffs, and corrective meetings happen often. Large turnover in most departments.
