Pros
Lovely coworkers, the work is good if you like crafts and helping customers with theirs, shifts are 4 hours with lots of opportunity to pick up shifts/doubles

Upper management is approachable but were not kind or respectful in my experience. Multiple instances of multiple employees being harassed or bullied for their problems. Once knew someone who was told everything bad that happens to them is on them after an accident with their vehicle. The clock in mechanism would sometimes not register me clocking in so when I would try to fix my lost hours/pay they would constantly complain that its my fault and there's no possible way I didn't just forget. Eventually I gave up trying to do that and just let my pay be whatever it was. Had many panic attacks in the car before going into work because of how it made me feel. If mean individuals weren't in that day though the work was great and the customers were usually lovely. Were also caught many times goofing off in the office and watching tv and shows on their phone constantly through the day
