Cons
They're always looking for people because they treat employees horribly and run them off in search of greener pastures. I've witnessed several coworkers, some who had been here for several years, walk out with no notice because they don't feel appreciated and I feel the same. Management also harbors racism, they pay Hispanic employees less than Caucasians for the same job. "Annual reviews" never happen, and thus no raises unless you raise a fuss and fight for one. Owner brags about record profits during the Christmas party, and then gives out smaller Christmas bonuses than the prior year.
