Pros

Great company that sticks to its culture, focused work, immediacy, and direct communication. Very flexible in terms of timing and lunches as long as work is done.

Cons

Non structured career growth/path. Although responsibilities may change, grow and morph, but advancement isn't set against a clear standard.

Pros

The view from the office was really nice.

Cons

1. Don’t outshine the master. 2. The ladder becomes a step stool the minute you set an appropriate boundary. 3. Bullies don’t just exist in high school. Sometimes they’re newly promoted principal designers with fancy titles and a desire to break the spirits of others. 4. You destroy your peace by confronting everything you notice. Especially nepotism. 5. If they can’t find a bad story about you, they’ll create one. 6. Bosses that use anger as a motivator are a joke. Anger is just fear expressed in a juvenile way. 7. There’s no need to fear anyone. Not like they can jump through the screen and punch you. BUT they can get you fired by convoluting lies. 8. Senior managers who repeatedly attack your confidence and self esteem are quite aware of your potential, and they fear the day you become aware of it too. 9. Workplace bullies don’t “discover” your mistakes, they hunt for them. You cannot win with this. 10. DO NOT GIVE 2 WEEKS NOTICE. And if they don’t know what FMLA is, RUN. E
