      Flexible, good team, chemistry, and environment. A lot of training about your first three months will just be all training and calling.

      No diversity, a lot of calls for candidates. Very competitive your colleagues have all talked to the person you’ll be excited to present

      Great place to grow your career—there’s a clear path to advance and strong professional development. The culture is very team-oriented, with people who support and push each other to succeed. High energy in the office makes it an engaging environment to be in every day. Great leadership that’s supportive and invested in your success.

      Cons

      Commission can be challenging to earn early on due to ramp-up targets, but this is offset by a strong base salary. As you gain experience and consistently perform, the opportunity to earn commission increases significantly.
