- friendly co-workers - good training - product knowledge to expand skill set - above minimum wage

- standing on feet all day, not allowed to rest in back - very strict dress code, i.e. white shirt, black everything else. no individuality with hair or nails (even if professional), nitpicking on shoes and personal appearance by regional managers (inaproppriate comments) - misleading promises: I was hired as a part-time seasonal, ended up working a 50 hour week and was told I would be hired long-term, was prepared and trained for position and put in all the work, then the regional manager decides over the managers head that he is going to hire someone else - unreachable sales targets do not motivate, but frustrate - unreachable professional care plan targets (PCP plans don't always ring through on lower value items) - unclear guidelines on sales (sometimes, managers will go above and beyond to make a sale by lowering price, which normal employees cannot do) - manager takes sales to increase personal sales quotas . unclear messages from regional management regarding special events, offers, etc. - unnecessary and time-consuming micromanagement and sales processes - extremely competitive and pushy environment, even among friendly co-workers, due to sales targets and pressure from management to perform - long hours: was supposed to work 15-25 hours, ended up working 50 without being able to take a day off many times - I was a seasonal and was left training the other seasonals because I picked up the processes at a quicker pace. this was not my job, nor was all the administrative work and the training that consumed my unpaid time that was supposed to be preparing me for my long-term position that I did not get
