Underpaid for extra duties. There is no compensation when they pile more responsibilities onto you. The yearly review raise is max 3% of your base pay which doesn’t even flow with the current inflation. Internal HR is a JOKE. Plays favorites across all departments, covers up and passes fault to someone else instead being held accountable. Production schedule is too much… pounds out the door, pounds out the door… that’s their moto….NOT first in food, first in people. That’s nothing more than a public face slogan.
