Pros
Tremendous flexibility and high visibility has allowed me to progress steadfast into a CPG career. On a day to day basis, I am thrilled to be here. Company recently acquired by Post with little disruption on day to day work. Great culture with temendous, friendly people with great values. Good PTO, benefits with option to buy additional time off which is refunded if not used. Performance measured on output over hours worked. This is huge. CEO Dwyer a great communicator on all issues and challenges, hosts frequent Town Hall meetings.
Cons
Have not received notable incentive/bonus in years due to issues outside of our control. Incentive based on company EDITBA so you really don't feel like you earned nor contributed to it depending on how you performed individually. Many senior managers on retail side are retiring or being let go because they don't fit. They are not promoting from within to fill these roles, instead are investing into hiring talent from larger CPG companies. This is great for talent aquisition, but has put a major stall on upward momentum for current employees, particularly on retail/Crystal Farms side.
