As I’ve proven myself, I’ve been given opportunities to take on more responsibility and develop new skills, and the recognition for hard work is real and meaningful. What I love most is working with people who are genuinely passionate about what we do. Representing a luxury brand with beautiful, high-quality products is something I take pride in, and that shared enthusiasm makes a difference in the day-to-day. The work itself is creative and dynamic - there’s always something new to learn or a new challenge to tackle. If you value excellence, take pride in your work, and want to be part of a team that supports each other while holding high standards, this is a great place to build your career.

We do have high standards, and people are expected to show up and do their part, which I think is actually a good thing. When you’re starting out, there’s definitely a learning curve - it can feel like there’s a lot to take in at first. But the team is really supportive and will help you find your footing if you’re willing to learn and put in the effort. This might not be the best fit if you’re looking for a super relaxed environment where nobody really cares about results or holding each other accountable. But if you enjoy working hard, being part of a team that genuinely takes pride in what they do, and growing in your role over time, you’ll fit right in. The expectations are there because we all care about the work, the brand, and maintaining the quality that Michael Aram is known for. It’s challenging in a good way, and I think that’s part of what makes it rewarding.

I have worked with Michael Aram for years now and do not want to work anywhere else. In my time here I have found that there is a strong support system, incredible team, and an ability to truly grow with the brand.
