      The low level team is nice and there is good business available in Aylesbury

      Found the management team in the Aylesbury office incredibly negative and the second in charge had a lot of "bullying" tendencies.

      Pros

      Excellent staff prospects, training opportunities and a real sense of team spirit., which in turn generates positive outcomes for the vendor and purchaser, who are at the core of everything we do. The caring ethos and approach is second to none.

      Cons

      Currently there exists no time for let up, which though extremely hard work is very rewarding.
