Pros
Incredibly devoted, hardworking, and welcoming team. Small company so you get to know everyone (including the CEO who is pretty much the nicest person on Earth). Interns handle research, outreach, recap reports, assist with proposals, can work on-site for events, and they make a hypothetical campaign and present it. Free food almost every week. Birthdays are pretty awesome. And there's an office dog.
Most importantly, the team actually gives credit to interns for work that they do! And they say "thank you".
Cons
Not exactly a con, but important to note: this isn't your typical marketing agency that handles general campaign creation. MAG is very specifically experiential marketing (so event planning). Still, a great environment to feel out what an agency is like while getting to know great people.
Also, there will be a lot of down-time when the team is wrapping up projects rather than doing research for them. Be prepared to read the news/find work to do online. And be prepared during your first week to REACH OUT to the team and offer help.
