Disappointing experience with low pay and poor communication - Business Development Representative (BDR) Micgra Psych Employee Review

Low pay, delayed payments, unpaid work, poor communication, heavy micromanagement I worked as a virtual assistant for this client and had a very disappointing experience. I was hired for a Business Development role but ended up handling multiple tasks outside my scope—administrative, clinical, outreach, and credentialing—for very low pay. Payments for completed work were repeatedly delayed, requiring constant follow-ups. Up until now, I have not been paid for my last completed work, and there has been no response to my emails. I have also formally reported this matter. When I raised concerns, I was met with dismissive and unprofessional responses. There was also heavy micromanagement and no appreciation for the work done. Previous assistants experienced the same issues, which explains the high turnover. Overall, I would not recommend working here. The expectations are high, but the compensation, communication, and treatment of workers do not reflect that.
