Pros
I loved meeting with the families, and I got to meet and talk to families from all different walks of life.
Cons
Management is...odd. Your primary managers are all students like you, and there's a weird culture around it. The entire office culture is also really weird, and it felt like I couldn't be myself. I might just not take well to being "managed" by people my own age, but it was weird. Really cliquey, and managers play favorites.
