      Excellent executive level leadership. Cutting edge software for the truss production industry. The people first culture is the best way to operate any business.

      Cons

      Divisional to mid level management in the software department lacks actual leadership or vision for their software. They also rely on rumors vs. facts to judge if an employee is doing their job correctly.

      Unlimited time off, CEO is approachable and genuine, coworkers, hybrid schedules for now

      Cons

      Constant fear of layoffs, those who remain after layoffs take on more and more work, favoritism, change in strategic direction yearly without real momentum, no growth opportunities due to the bottleneck at senior management levels who will never leave, lack of transparency leading to a poor business outlook
