The company culture is great and the People First mentality is well represented by a majority of the senior executives. The CEO is a great and he truly believes in the employees.

The IT Department. Terrible leadership that should have been fired a long time ago. Stuck with the "that's the way we've always done it" mentality. Afraid to make the necessary changes to improve the environment. Terrible work life balance, major trust issues with leadership. Would not recommend anyone to work in the IT Department at MiTek unless leadership changes happen across the board in IT.

Lack of transparency around workforce strategy, increased offshoring concerns, layoffs affecting U.S. employees, inconsistent leadership direction, and declining trust in long-term stability for U.S. based roles.
