Pros

some of the team are really nice and supportive office snacks good location

Cons

the workload is not worth the way. i joined a different company that pays 5K more for half of the workload and much more flexibility no matter what the fake 5* reviews say, many people have ended up with really bad mental health because of that workplace and how toxic it is. leadership are very gossipy, rude and unprofessional and the work expected from you is just not worth the pennies they give you, the company will fold soon

Pros

The people you work alongside are lovely and we had some great nights out as a group. The bar and drinks was a nice touch though you’d often been drinking your drink and working until late. My team leader was great and she always worked hard and supported us. Made some good client relationships.

Cons

Overworked and underpaid, the upper management always talk about growth when the actual model of the business doesn’t allow that to be successful, they take on new clients when the staff aren’t able to take them on but it’s the staff who have to work hard to manage it. The owner is more bothered about being a name in business when the credentials she has don’t allow for that yet and she should focus on the company first and then once that is running smoothly and properly focus on a podcast. A huge staff turn over and built on the idea to take the work off clients that gets in their way or they don’t want to do. These tasks are then given to clients with no ask and often lead staff to have clients they are unhappy with or feel uncomfortable doing the work of. There is a lack of training on how to use any of the softwares and it is very intimidating to be in inbox’s or managing work from a business you’ve only talked to once and never used the system of. Yet clients expect a premium service due to the premium price they pay, however you as a PA are paid close to minimum wage despite often working overtime and going out your way for the company. Its a great way to learn but I watched people struggle, quit and cry often
