      Pros

      Employees are truly valued, managers are flexible and results-oriented, and the environment is very collaborative. Always able to learn something new. Generous benefits package + professional development opportunities.

      Cons

      This is a fast-paced, agile work culture (Could be considered a major 'Pro' for some!) If you're the type of person who needs a rigid, repetitive schedule, this probably won't be the best fit.
