Pros
I cant think anything about it
Cons
- The company frequently engages in the illegal practice of dispatching its Shanghai employees to Singapore, having them work full time there under the guise of business trips, showing a disregard for legal regulations. - There is no balance between work and life; the boss proclaims daily that we are a Singaporean company, an international entity, yet the entire mode of operation is still indistinguishable from a Chinese company, treating employees as if they were nothing more than laborers. -Employees are required to work overtime unnecessarily, with no one daring to leave on time. However, during these overtime hours, no real work is being done as everyone is playing games on their own. Yet, the management seems content with this superficial culture of overtime. -There's a pervasive atmosphere of mutual appeasement within the company, where the management is preoccupied with catering to the grandiose and fanciful whims of the boss, while the entry-level employees are busy responding to the management's bewildering demands, leading to poorly executed products. -The management lacks practical experience in the design of open-world games. Their expertise stems solely from an instance years ago when they copied a small foreign game that became a hit in China, a success story of attracting hundreds of millions of players that they often mention. However, when it comes to truly developing an original game from the ground up, they are largely clueless.
