Pros

Great co-workers who sadly will be soon looking for opportunities

Cons

Montreal office was bought just for the software. No management for the last 3 years. They moved far away from the city to force some people to quit. Now they started to fire people randomly.

First, I want to be absolutely clear that the Montreal office is not closing its doors - in fact, quite the opposite: we moved in September 2017 to a much larger, more modern space not far from the previous office to accommodate growth and provide a more comfortable workspace for all our employees. As a rapidly growing company, we recognize the importance of strong leadership, and that's why we've been working hard to ensure that we have the right people in leadership positions in all of our offices, both by promoting from within and hiring experienced professionals to grow the team. Honesty goes hand in hand with our core value of integrity, so we are committed to open communications at every level of the organization. I'm sorry to hear that your experience with Mi9 Retail did not meet our goal of being a stellar place for you to work, learn, and grow and wish you the best of luck in your next endeavor.

Pros

- WLB not bad, depending on your expectations - Fully remote - Enterprise solutions - no crazy stress dealing with millions of random users

Cons

- Might be a bit slower than other tech companies adapting latest technology due to its B2B nature.

Pros

They let you work from home, and the pay was okay, and the benefits were average.

Cons

Management was scattered with direction. They did little to promote other divisions of the company, and tried to focus mainly all their energy into the retail software. The e-commerce side is flat in that seen a lot of growth. They are constantly shedding workforce and can't keep good developers on staff.
