Early finish Fridays would probably be the only pro.

This place is a joke. When I first started I was hired by someone that did not tell anyone else he was hiring me. I got a Mac computer from there and I was told to just use my personal Apple ID to sign in to the computer which wrapped all of my personal information with the companies. The IT team was told but they could not figure out how to fix it. So, it was never fixed. Then they fire me almost a year later for some bogus reason and expect me to give them my password to my computer that has all my personal info on it. Gave me multiple praises about how well I was doing and making futures plans for me but then fire me and tell me I am under preforming. Crazy, right? They lied to my face for weeks and then expect me to help them out and trust them. I have talked to lawyers that all tell me the same thing, don’t give them my password and they should have figured it out before they fired me. HR left someone else’s termination letter out for anyone to read, they hired a supervisor that was harassing women and they had to have a talk with them two weeks after they started about it. This whole place is dysfunctional and a disgrace. They are very secretive and are not transparent about anything.. A lot of people are remote as well so you never know what they are actually doing at home. Marketing team is a joke. They put crazy deadlines on you that are impossible to meet. Just protect yourself.

The IT guy is very good and responsive. New CEO seems to have it together and willing to make needed changes. I just didn't stick around to find out.

Very disorganized organization, unprofessional language all day long. Reluctant to accept needed changes to ensure compliance with hiring documentation.
