Pros
A daily subsidy of MYR 5 is provided through the in-house café portal to all employees who are physically present at work on that day. However, if you’re out of the office or on medical leave, you miss out on this benefit. Frankly, it’s the only good thing about this company.
Cons
Politics. Working with the veterans can be extremely stressful, especially when they are your subordinates. Information is never shared willingly—you have to ask for it as if you're pleading with the “gods.” They also have a knack for playing the role of backstabbers. Management can never be firm in their decisions; they flip-flop like a roti prata. If they’re not fond of you, they’ll even conspire to push you out.
