Pros
- Great facility (on site gym, track, basketball court, nice lunch room, and out door seating) - Community giving and fitness programs - Decedent benefits employee discount, 401k, health insurance, vacation time, gym incentives, etc. (but claims to be a family business with no maternity leave)
Cons
- Don't bother going out of your way to work hard or stay late, you will get thrown under the bus for it. - No communication - Pulls your chain with bonus and incentives that never happen. - Don't get paid for travel time for out of state work events. - Top tier is just a big high school clique with no acceptance for outsiders. and they still wonder why there is high turn over
