      Payscale works well. Willing to help get your CWI. Friendly department.

      Cons

      Always on overtime and you will be considered mandatory wven when production is voluntary. Union contract will be used against you. Production supervisors on 2nd shift actively against you. No chance of moving in the company. If you are hired as quality, you will be quality until you quit.
