Pros

If management liked you, your time was slightly flexible. You grow close to your co-workers as you talk about your mutual distain for management. The money was good if you were able to leverage the long hours that were expected of you. You do not have to worry about car troubles as someone from the company will pick you up to make sure you are at work.

Cons

There is a clear lack of trust between management and their employees as well as well as lack of respect and organizational structure. Your boss is whoever spoke to you last between the owner and his family. Your manager is whichever one of them is having a worse day. There is a lack of clear direction and instruction, and it is your fault if you are unable to follow the conflicting instruction.

Pros

Creativity within a limited range of imagery.

Cons

This is a family owned business and they bicker with each other and their employees as such. The family frequently goes on trips and shows off lavish purchases on their multiple properties while doing limited work and absolutely degrading and diminishing employees to their core, constantly manipulating and blaming others for their own mismanagement both in front of other employees for the sake of public embarrassment as well as pulling them aside in creepy storage closets to yell at them. Women are treated as a catch all for any task deemed below the male employees time and then are paid less than their peers. Insurance packages are so bad that most employees go without it because their wages don't allow them to afford the insurance. Immigrant employees are targeted for their factory positions so they can manipulate them and pay them less or withhold raises due to "their English" skills. There is also very little PTO or other benefits at all as they take cost savings to an extreme while overpricing their products made by people living off of $11/hr.
