Pros

There is nothing positive to say anymore.

Cons

Management is really bad and they do not listen. Business structure is flipped with too much focus on Sales that causes a lot of issues to warehouse/transport. Employee turnaround is extremely high and there are currently not enough workers anymore. Salary/Hourly is NOT enough or worth enough to stay. Attitude in the workplace is negative making this an extremely stressful place to be at. Work/life balance is non-existent

Pros

Mexcor provides a fast-paced environment with significant exposure to supply chain and distribution operations. Leadership is given real ownership over inventory management, supplier coordination, and day-to-day logistics, which allows for meaningful impact on business outcomes. The organization offers opportunities to work cross-functionally and develop problem-solving skills in a dynamic setting. Team members are generally committed and adaptable, which helps maintain continuity in a high-demand environment.

Cons

As with many growing distribution organizations, processes can still be evolving, which may lead to inefficiencies or inconsistencies across operations. Communication and standardization between departments could be improved to enhance alignment and execution. At times, resource constraints can place additional pressure on teams to meet performance expectations.
