      Pros

      Interesting products & challenges if you like to work with complex system and solving hard problem. Great chance to work on something innovative and has great impact.

      Cons

      Unrealistic expectation. No time to do proper work. Performance and growth are quantified by sales target. Some people are not ready to be team player. Supporting seems to be more of a word than reality.
