      As a giant organisation you feel that there is lot more oppertunity which helps you to stay motivated.

      Cons

      Employees who do not originate from or currently reside in the same geographical location as their immediate supervisors or senior management are hereby advised that their presence in this professional environment is not recommended or permitted.
